Agnieszka Grzelak – Deputy President of the Personal Data Protection Office, Poland. Professor at the College of Law of Kozminski University in Warsaw (Department of International Law and EU Law). PhD in 2006 (the Jagiellonian University, Cracow), habilitation (Dr hab.) in 2015 in the Polish Academy of Science. Author, co-author and editor of many books, articles and other scientific publications, in particular in the field of the European Union legal system, international law and the protection of human rights, in particular the right to privacy and the protection of personal data.

Since 2000, she has been employed in state offices, including the Office of the Committee for European Integration, the Bureau Research of the Polish Parliament, the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights and the Supreme Court Research and Analyses Office.
