Liridona Zeqiri Krasniqi, PhD Candidate, has been serving at the Information and Privacy Agency of Kosova since 2022, where she currently holds the position of Head of Certification and International Cooperation.

In this role, she is actively engaged in international cooperation processes in the fields of personal data protection and access to public documents, contributing to institutional partnerships and the alignment of practices with international and European standards.

Prior to joining the Agency, she worked at the Ministry of Justice of Kosova and at the Embassy of the Republic of Kosova in Berlin, where she gained professional experience in legal affairs, public administration, and international relations.

Liridona completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s studies at University of Perugia, Italy, and is currently in the final stage of her doctoral studies. Her academic research focuses on the impact of Artificial Intelligence on international security, with a particular interest in governance, regulatory frameworks, and the broader implications of emerging technologies for global policy and institutional resilience.
