Ana Tokhadze is the Head of the International Relations, Analytics and Strategic Development Department at the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia, where she leads strategic initiatives at the intersection of data privacy, international cooperation, and policy innovation. Alongside her public service role, she is a Teaching Assistant and Ph.D. candidate at the Faculty of Law of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
With a strong foundation in Corporate, Civil, and Administrative Law, Ana is also a certified Mediator and a member of both the Mediators Association of Georgia and the Georgian Bar Association. Her legal expertise is complemented by an academic track record, including research scholarships and fellowships at top European institutions such as University of Limerick, TalTech Law School in Tallinn, the European University Viadrina, and the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law.
Ana has authored scholarly articles and contributed to legal handbooks used in law school curricula.
