Ms. Francesca Casalini is a policy analyst in the Data Flows, Governance and Privacy Division of the Science, Technology and Innovation Directorate, Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). Her current work focuses on data governance and privacy policy, with a focus on cross-border data flows of personal data, cross-border privacy enforcement, and cross-sectoral co-operation on data governance policy. Ms Casalini previously worked in the Trade and Agriculture Directorate of the OECD, conducting research and analysis about cross-border data flows policy from the perspective of international trade, among others. She holds a Master of Arts in International Law from the Graduate Institute of Geneva (IHEID).
