Dr. Osman Gazi Güçlütürk is the Head of Legal for Regulatory Affairs at the Presidency of Cybersecurity, the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye. Dr Güçlütürk has served as an Assistant Professor of IT Law at the Faculty of Law, Galatasaray University, an Affiliated Fellow at Yale Law School’s Information Society Project, and as AI Ethics & Trustworthy AI Lead at TUBITAK BİLGEM Artificial Intelligence Institute. He obtained his LLB, LLM, and MJur from Galatasaray University, the London School of Economics, and the University of Oxford, respectively. He holds a PhD from Galatasaray University on the lawful use of data in AI. Dr Güçlütürk focuses on technology law and policy and actively contributes to global technology governance as an AI Expert at OECD and as a member of various strategic advisory groups.
